Hello Kickstarter Backers!

Here are this week's updates:

First off, manufacture is under way. We've confirmed the designs and quantities with the manufacturer. This means that supplies are now limited. If you have not filled in your survey, please do so ASAP!

Secondly, we've not locked the surveys yet. Several backers said that they wanted to add more dog tags to their pledge, so we've decided to keep surveys open for now. Anybody who orders additional tags between now and the close of survey won't be billed until January. You'll receive an email 48 hours before the survey locks, if you decide to change get any other designs at the last minute.

Hello Kickstarter Backers and welcome to latest campaign update!

First of all...

Your dog tag survey will be arriving in a couple of hours.

Please check your inbox (and spam folders). The email will come from [email protected]

If you don't receive your survey by Friday evening, please let us know by replying to this update or emailing [email protected]

Complete your survey as soon as possible. You will NOT be able to change your dog tag choices after next Wednesday 2 December (although you will be able to change your address between now and when they ship). Please also encourage your fellow backer friends to complete their surveys.

You can also request additional dog tags during the survey at the Kickstarter price, and won't be charged until early January.

Hello Kickstarter Backers and welcome to the first Thursday Update!

These will be going out to keep you up-to-date with the state of your dog tags.

First of all, please read your emails (and make sure all your backer friends are reading these emails too!)

Next Thursday (26 November), we’ll be emailing your survey to ask which dog tag designs you would like. It's really important that you answer the survey between 26 November and 3 December so we know how many of each design to make.

During the survey, you will also have the option to add extra dog tags at the discounted backers-only price.

We have also launched the dog tag pre-order store!

If any of your friends missed the Kickstarter, this is where they can pre-order the dog tags (and let us know how many to manufacture).

Backers like you should NOT buy from the pre-order store. At the end of your survey, you'll be able to add extra tags to your order at the backers-only price (which includes free postage).

In other news, we've just received the samples at Puppy Pride HQ and they feel fantastic! We've also made a small change by upgrading the connector to a more durable, minimalist design.

The Kickstarter is now closed, and we'd like to thank every single person again for their support on this project. Whether you pledged for a tag or shared the link with a friend, we couldn't have gotten this far without each and every one of you.

What happens next?

Now that the campaign is over, Kickstarter will start processing payments and billing backers within the next 24 hours. 

On 26 November, we'll send all backers a survey. This is for backers to select which tags they would like and provide their shipping address. Backers will also have the opportunity to order more tags at this time.

We're hopeful that the majority of backers will complete the survey within one week by the 3 December. At this point, we'll collate the orders and send and let the factory know the quantities to manufacture.

We'll keep you informed during the manufacturing process and let you know where the dog tags are throughout.

Once we have the tags in the UK, it'll be a busy week as we inspect them all, pack them properly, and prepare to post them to backers. This process is expected to take about a week, but we will inform you if anything changes (as the project was more successful than we anticipated!)

Backers will receive an email once their dog tags have been posted. UK backers should receive their tags within 2 to 3 working days, with other countries receiving theirs in 1 to 4 weeks.

For now though, we're taking the rest of the day off. There's a lot to do tomorrow!

We're in the final few hours, and the campaign is drawing to a close. We're really happy to announce that both the Rainbow Glitter and Progress Pride tags were unlocked overnight. We're a few backers away from potentially unlocking the Asexual design too!

If you've already pledged, this is your last chance to increase, decrease or cancel your pledge. The total Kickstarter pledge amount is what has helped unlock these 20+ tags so far.

To update your pledge, go to the page and click "Manage your pledge" and select the new tier that you'd like. You can also add-on more dog tags on the next page if you'd like.
